  • We offer two flexible options to meet your specific event planning needs:

    1. Turnkey event:
      We activate our network of carefully selected partners, guaranteeing a high-quality service. This includes catering, decoration, audiovisual, security and more.
      Every aspect of the event is customized to your specific preferences and needs, ensuring a memorable and unique experience.
       
    2. Space rental only:
      You can simply book one of our spaces and organize the event yourself. You have the freedom to choose your own suppliers and partners, from catering to entertainment.
      Our team remains available to provide basic support in terms of logistics and access to facilities.
  • Gecina's commitment is to reduce emissions from our buildings in operation by 55% by 2025 compared with their 2019 level. And we will continue our efforts until we reach an incompressible level by 2030.

    This target includes all energy consumption in the building, including that of the private portions and buildings technically managed by our customers.

  • How does Gecina support its clients in applying the tertiary sector decree?

    To help our customers with the tertiary sector decree, we :

    • Organise meetings to discuss energy management and compare the consumption of their buildings with similar establishments.
    • Provide the data needed for their declarations, such as consumption percentages for common areas.
    • Work closely together to improve energy efficiency and decarbonisation, in particular by drawing up the Master Plan required by the DEET.

  • We offer :

    - Commercial leases: contracts ranging from 3 to 9 years for office or retail premises. They are renewable for successive periods of 3 years.

    It is also possible to sign a lease for a shorter period, known as a derogatory lease. Do not hesitate to share your project with us so that we can study it together.

    - Service contracts: this type of contract can be complementary to the commercial lease, when you opt for additional services (catering, IT, maintenance of private areas, etc.).

    The Yourplace offer of operated offices is also covered by a service contract.

    Leases and service contracts can be combined according to your needs.

  • A commercial lease for an office or business is a legal document binding the lessor (us) and the lessee (perhaps you).

    It defines the responsibilities of each party, and includes specific clauses concerning rent payments, property expenses and repairs, and modifications to the property.

    The contract may include additional clauses concerning the term of the lease, the right to sublet and the right of early termination.

  • This is a possible option, the terms of which are discussed between the user and the YouFirst Bureau team in charge of your building. If agreed, a specific clause is then included in the commercial lease.

    • A standard lease (3/6/9 years).
    • A service contract with a flexible duration from 18 months.
  • One of the advantages of Yourplace-operated offices is their flexibility. The minimum contract period is 18 months. It's a great alternative to coworking spaces, which don't offer private areas.
