We offer :
- Commercial leases: contracts ranging from 3 to 9 years for office or retail premises. They are renewable for successive periods of 3 years.
It is also possible to sign a lease for a shorter period, known as a derogatory lease. Do not hesitate to share your project with us so that we can study it together.
- Service contracts: this type of contract can be complementary to the commercial lease, when you opt for additional services (catering, IT, maintenance of private areas, etc.).
The Yourplace offer of operated offices is also covered by a service contract.

A commercial lease for an office or business is a legal document binding the lessor (us) and the lessee (perhaps you).
It defines the responsibilities of each party, and includes specific clauses concerning rent payments, property expenses and repairs, and modifications to the property.
The contract may include additional clauses concerning the term of the lease, the right to sublet and the right of early termination.
This is a possible option, the terms of which are discussed between the user and the YouFirst Bureau team in charge of your building. If agreed, a specific clause is then included in the commercial lease.

One of the advantages of Yourplace-operated offices is their flexibility. The minimum contract period is 18 months. It's a great alternative to coworking spaces, which don't offer private areas.
