Already the tenant of a 20,000 m2 YouFirst building in Malakoff, and at the end of its lease, Edenred wanted to find a new location for its employees.

Offering a working environment in line with new ways of working together. Edenred chose our 12,000 m2 Montrouge Porte du Sud building, which is currently being completely refurbished.

A new generation of buildings, conducive to creativity and living well together.

At the time of the exchanges in 2021, Montrouge Porte SuA new generation of buildings, conducive to creativity and good living together.d was in the restructuring project phase, with handover scheduled for 2024.

Three factors convinced Edenred to sign a long lease of 9 years:

  • The ambition to make this building a model of sustainable development.
  • An offer focused on employees' quality of life: light-filled office floors, 1,500 m² of gardens, 1,300 m² of green terraces, location close to Paris, services (YouFirst Café, concierge service, fitness room).
  • The possibility of extending the current Malakoff lease, with some work, until the new building is ready.
